By submitting the waitlist form, booking a session, or making any payment to Wasirah, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the client) and Wasirah.
Wasirah provides faith-based emotional guidance and coaching rooted in neuroscientific principles and Islamic values. We do not provide clinical therapy, psychiatric diagnosis, or medical treatment of any kind. Our work is educational, developmental, and faith-centred in nature. Clients requiring clinical mental health support are advised to seek a qualified clinical professional.
All fees are clearly communicated prior to booking. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms in full. Where installment options are offered, the client agrees to the full installment schedule at the time of booking. Failure to complete agreed installments may result in sessions being paused until outstanding amounts are received.
All payments made to Wasirah are strictly non-refundable. Once a session has been scheduled, or any preparatory work has begun — including case review, background research, or session planning — the service is considered partially delivered and no refund will be issued. This policy applies to all programs, single sessions, and installment payments without exception. By making payment, the client acknowledges and accepts this policy in full.
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank, card provider, or payment platform after services have been rendered — in part or in full — constitutes a breach of this agreement. Wasirah reserves the right to provide this signed agreement, session records, and all relevant correspondence to the payment platform as evidence that services were delivered and that the client agreed to a no-refund policy prior to payment. Clients agree to resolve any concerns directly with Wasirah before contacting their payment provider. By proceeding with payment, the client waives the right to dispute charges for services already partially or fully delivered.
Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 12 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of a session, or failure to attend without prior notice, will result in the session being marked as completed and no replacement session will be offered.
Each session includes background preparation specific to the client's case, including case review, note-taking, and session planning. This preparation is considered an integral and billable part of the service, regardless of whether the session itself takes place.
All client information, session content, and personal disclosures are treated with strict confidentiality. Wasirah will not share client details with any third party except where required by law. Confidentiality may be limited in situations involving risk of serious harm to the client or others.
In the event of any concern or dissatisfaction, the client agrees to contact Wasirah directly at support@wasirah.com before taking any external action. Wasirah is committed to resolving concerns fairly, transparently, and respectfully.
By submitting the waitlist form or making a payment, the client confirms they have read and agreed to these terms in full. Where a checkbox agreement is completed on the waitlist form, this constitutes a timestamped digital record of acceptance and is legally equivalent to a signed agreement for the purposes of payment platform dispute resolution.
